The Brause Rose No. 76 is a flexible, but strong, fine point which is ideal for Modern Calligraphy. The embossed rose makes it a beautiful looking nib. Its flex can prove challenging, so it’s a more advanced nib which I would recommend for calligraphers who have done plenty of practice with the Nikko G or the Brause No. 361 Nibs.

Whenever you exert pressure on the Brause Rose No. 76 nib, the tines will split far apart. It allows you to create a dramatic contrast between your upstrokes and downstrokes due to its flex. It’s important that you write with a good quality ink.
